How do I customize patches?

When you choose the size patches you want and add them to cart you will be prompt to add a note at checkout where you will add the details of the customization (font, font color, patch color, border color, what you want it to say). 

I need help with my order before purchasing, how do I contact you?

If you need help with choosing the thread color or are not sure if the font will work you can send me an email at k9empawered@gmail.com or go to my Instagram account @k9empawered and send me a direct message and get inspired by the designs I have done in the past.

Do you ship to my country?

I ship internationally. Ask in the chat bot about shipping zones to know if your country is listed.

How much is international shipping?

When at checkout you will be prompt to choose a shipping method and price varies per option. 

I have a puppy and I’m not sure the collar will fit my dog?

K9 empawered collars fit most puppies like Doberman Pinscher, Belgian Mallinois. The size is one fits most and it adjusts from 14 1/2” the tightest and 21” the biggest. Since the range is pretty large these collars will last you forever because they grow with your dog.
